Short Form Video Editor
We’re looking for a talented and efficient short-form video editor to join our media team. Your job is to transform raw footage and long-form content into fast-paced, engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts) that perform well on social media. This is a part-time role with strong potential to grow into a full-time position. If you know how to keep viewer retention high, pace content for TikTok, and deliver polished edits with punchy captions, sound effects, music timing, and engaging visuals- this role is for you.

The candidate:
Requirements:
Strong portfolio of high-performing short-form videos (IG Reels/TikTok/YT Shorts)
Fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or equivalent
Excellent sense of pacing, audio syncing, and retention tactics
Ability to work independently and hit deadlines
Bonus: experience editing for influencers, personal brands, or DTC products

Have experience turning YouTube videos or podcast clips into bite-sized viral hits
Know how to write strong captions or text overlays
Your responsibilities
Responsibilities:
12 to 16 short-form videos per month (approx. 30–60 seconds each)
Edit raw footage into vertical content for IG Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Add motion text, subtitles (word-by-word or dynamic), sound effects, zooms, cuts, and graphics to enhance retention
Repurpose long-form content into short clips when needed
Implement creative direction and feedback quickly
Deliver final files in proper formats, ready to post
Collaborate with the team on trends, performance, and ideas
