We’re looking for a skilled, creative, and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our growing media team. If you’re someone who lives and breathes storytelling, understands pacing and emotion, and knows how to make content visually pop on YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok - this is for you. As part of Alex Costa Media, you’ll help bring high-impact, visually polished content to life across platforms watched by millions. You’ll work closely with our production team to shape videos that not only look amazing but also educate, entertain, and drive results. From fast-paced reels to longer-form YouTube content, your editing will play a direct role in helping men improve their style, confidence, and lifestyle.

The candidate:

Extensive experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve
A strong sense of visual storytelling - you know how to hook an audience and keep them watching
Experience editing for YouTube-first creators and short-form platforms like Reels and TikTok
A solid grasp of motion graphics and comfort using tools like After Effects to add GFX when needed
An eye for color grading that makes footage pop without overdoing it
A deep understanding of pacing, structure, and how to build tension, emotion, or energy through cuts
Awareness of optimization best practices - file sizes, aspect ratios, export settings
Great communication skills - you can take feedback, collaborate with a remote team, and stay on deadline
A proactive mindset - you don’t wait around for instructions, you bring ideas to the table
Attention to detail and a genuine passion for producing high-quality, impactful video content
